Booking - 50% deposit on booking balance to be paid One Month before arrival dates.
Damage Deposit - €60.00 on arrival, refundable minus the cost of any damages or breakages.
Extras - Electricity & Oil are charged at end of stay.
Rental Period - Saturday to Saturday, begins at 4.00pm ends at 11.00am.
Pets are welcome, - but we stress that they must be well behaved as this is a working farm with
sheep, horses, chickens, geese and ducks free range.
Turf - Initial supply of turf supplied. Extra available locally.
Smoking - Non smokers are preferred, failing that we ask people to be considerate.
We ask that environmentally friendly cleaning products are used.
